Nutrition Rules

​1.Eat every 2-4 hours

​2.eat lean protein with every meal

​3.eat fruit and vegetables with every meal​

​4.drink only non-caloric beverages

​5.eat whole earth grown foods

​6.Exercise 5-7 hours per week

7.sleep a minimum of 7 hours a night
